I grew up on the waterfront, surfing through my youth in San Diego.    I went off to college, got a Bachelors In Economics, and eventually an MBA.   I worked for an International Grain Company and traveled the world trading commodities for 25 years, and eventually became a Pit Trader in the Wheat Pit in Minneapolis.

I bought my first Clearwater Real Estate over the phone from Minneapolis, 8 years ago, sight unseen.   It was one of the best buys I've ever made, a little 500sq/ft Indian Rocks Beach Home.   I still own it and could have sold it a hundred times, but just can't bear to part with it.   It gave me the piece of mind I needed to make it through the cold winters up North...   I slept better just knowing I had a little piece of Tampa Bay Beachfront that I could escape to whenever I wanted!!

I took the real estate course and license exam because I was unhappy with the real estate expertise and the services provided by realtors when I was investing in St. Petersburg Real Estate.   I knew I had the financial, marketing and educational background;  I just needed to understand the rules.

I now work as a full time real estate agent helping my customers buy and sell and relocate to the Clearwater and St. Petersburg beach communities.   I know most home buyers aren't likely to buy sight unseen, as I did.   They need to get comfortable with the Tampa and St. Petersburg Real Estate market, the values, and the realtor representing them.
